How do I enrol?
Enrolment is done in groups, by your organisation or by ARC. If your organisation is not yet a partner, ask your manager to contact us.
Is there a fee?
There is no payment on this site. Conditions are agreed with your organisation. Contact us for details.
I received an invitation. What do I do?
Open the e-mail, click the link and choose your password. You then arrive on your courses page.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, click "Reset password". You will receive an e-mail.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. The site is designed for phones and slow connections. You can stop at any time: we keep your place.
How much time does it take?
Lessons last 5 to 15 minutes. Each course shows its total duration. Your group has an end date: your tutor will remind you.
How do I get my certificate?
Finish the lessons, then pass the final test. The pass mark is shown before you start. If you fail, we show you which lessons to review, and you can try again.
How can an employer check a certificate?
Each certificate has a number and a QR code. Scan the code, or enter the number on the "Verify a certificate" page.
Who can see my results?
You, your tutor, and the training manager of your organisation. Nobody else. See personal data.
